SQFlex Solar The SQFLex Solar pump system uses power from the sun so it is inexpensive to operate and virtually maintenance-free.

SQFlex Back-Up Natural energy rarely runs low, but if it ever does, both the SQFlex Solar and Wind systems can fall back on AC generator power, fuel cells, batteries and DC power supplies. The integrated design of the SQFlex systems makes changing between power supplies very easy.

CU 200 Provides system monitoring and alarm indications. A user-friendly interface box that maintains two-way communication with the pump and monitors the operating conditions. The CU 200 also provides a tank level switch input connection.

IO 100 - A very simple and easy-to-use switch unit which provides
a cable terminal interface between the pump and solar panels or other
power input devices.
IO 101 - Acts as an interface for powering the system with back-up power supplies such as generators. The IO 101 will automatically switch back to solar power when it is available. For example, you are powering the SQFlex system by generator on a cloudy day, the generator eventually runs out of gas but the next day adequate solar power is available and the system is automatically switched back to solar power. IO 101 switches are available for 115 and 230 volt configurations. |

Level Switch Save water and unnecessary wear on the pump. With a liquid level switch inside the storage tank and connected to the CU 200 control unit, the pump knows when the tank is full and shuts itself off.

SQFlex System Sizing - Grundfos system size requirements are determined by a software program provided by Grundfos to their pump dealers. Contact Solar Power & Pump Company and we will use the Grundfos software to determine exactly which pump system is required for your specific application. Grundfos Helical Rotor solar pumps are only 3" in diameter and will easily fit in a 3 1/2" or larger well casings. Grundfos Centrifugal solar pumps are only 4" in diameter and will easily fit in 4 1/2" or larger well casings. |
System sizing for the Grundfos SQFlex pumps is done by entering well data, water requirements and location information into the Grunfos pump system sizing software.
